In Ayurvedic wisdom, different energies (doshas) rule different times of day. When you sync your routine with these cycles, your body and spirit start to hum in harmony.
Here’s the quick cosmic breakdown:
Vata (Air + Ether): 2–6 AM & 2–6 PM — light, creative, movement energy
Kapha (Earth + Water): 6–10 AM & 6–10 PM — grounding, slow, stable energy
Pitta (Fire + Water): 10–2 PM & 10–2 AM — fiery focus, digestion, and transformation energy
Your Ideal Flow, According to Ayurveda:
Rise Before 6 AM
Catch that Vata energy by waking before 6 AM. Sleeping in past that drops you into Kapha time—hello grogginess. Early rising = clarity and movement all day long.
